Terms & Conditions Yatra Travels

By taking a ride with Yatra Travels (Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, meerut), you acknowledge to these conditions and accept them. Bookings: Any bookings (local, outstation, airport, corporate, tempo traveller) depend upon the availability of the vehicle and the driver. The fares you pay at booking are approximate figures; additional charges for tolls, parking, state taxes and waiting (excluding the free waiting period) may be made unless stated otherwise.

Payments: You are supposed to pay after the ride by cash, UPI or card unless it is under a corporate/subscription deal. Prepayment for outstation/tempo traveller bookings shall not be refundable or transferable unless otherwise agree. Changes in reservations: If the change was made after a driver was assigned to the job, a fee might be charged. Passengers who do not show up at designated pickup points may have to pay for a full service.

Briefcase & Safety: The customer's belongings that are carried by the driver should not damage the driver's vehicle, have any prohibited items, and not be abusive in tone or action towards the driver. In these cases, Yatra Travels can choose to stop or withhold service, and the right is reserved.
