We are a taxi and car rental operator based in Noida, running chauffeur-driven cars across Delhi NCR and out to the hills, the pilgrim towns and the cities beyond. This page is about how we work, and what you can hold us to.

About our company

From a few cars to a name people pass on

Yatra Travels started small. A handful of cars, a phone number, and customers in and around Sector 119 who needed a dependable way to get to the airport.

What grew the business was not advertising. It was people booking a second time, then handing the number to a neighbour, a colleague or a relative. That is still how most of our work arrives, and it shapes how we run: a trip that goes badly costs us far more than it earns.

NCR is an awkward place to move around. The distances are long, three airports now serve it, the expressways are quick but the last few kilometres rarely are, and an address in Greater Noida looks nothing like one in old Ghaziabad. Knowing that is most of the job. It is the difference between a car that turns up at the right gate and one that calls you from the wrong side of a society.

Today we run sedans, MUVs, SUVs and Tempo Travellers across Noida, Greater Noida, Ghaziabad, Meerut and Delhi, for local rides, airport transfers, outstation journeys and corporate travel. The office is still in Aranya Market, Sector 119, and the phone is still answered by someone who can move your booking.

Four promises, and none of them are about being cheapest

Anyone can undercut a fare. These are the things that actually decide whether you make your flight and whether you book us again.

The fare comes before the ride
We quote your actual trip, confirm it in writing, and that is what you pay. No meter anxiety, no surge, no rounding up at the end.
Booked a day ahead, not scrambled for
We ask for 24 hours' notice so the right car and driver are assigned properly. The ride itself can be at any hour, including 3 AM airport runs.
You know who is coming
The driver's name, mobile number and car registration reach you before pickup, so you can pass them to whoever is waiting at the other end.
A person, not a ticket queue
Plans change. Call the number and someone who can actually move a booking picks up, day or night.

Most of our journeys are long ones, on expressways, often before sunrise. That puts the weight on the boring things rather than the glamorous ones.

Drivers hold valid commercial licences, with documents and background verified before they take a booking from us.
Cars are cleaned before every trip, and tyres, brakes and lights are checked before long runs.
Pickup times are planned with the real traffic on your route, so nobody needs to make up time by driving faster.
Speed limits and seat belts are not negotiable, and drivers take the rest breaks that long routes require.
If a car fails on the road, a replacement is arranged rather than left to you to sort out.

Whatever the trip, the sequence is the same: you send it, we quote it, you approve it, and the car is assigned to your name before the day arrives.

Point to point across the city, or a car and driver held by the hour or the day with as many stops as you need.

Delhi IGI, Noida International at Jewar and Hindon in Ghaziabad. We work the pickup time backwards from your flight.

Agra, Mathura and Vrindavan down the Yamuna Expressway; Haridwar, Rishikesh, Dehradun and the hills to the north.
