How quickly will you reply to my booking request?
Form and WhatsApp requests are picked up by our booking desk and answered with a fare. If it is urgent, or your pickup is soon, call instead of waiting for a reply.
How far in advance should I contact you?
At least 24 hours before your pickup time. Rides run at any hour of the day or night, but the booking needs to reach us a day ahead so the right car and driver can be assigned.
Do I pay anything on the website?
No. The booking form takes no card, UPI or bank details, and no payment is taken online. Fares are settled with our team or the driver directly once the trip is agreed.
